Your Power, Secured: Uncompromising LFP Safety
About Battery:
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄ or LFP) batteries are a prominent type of rechargeable lithium-ion battery, known for their superior safety, long lifespan, and durability, particularly in demanding applications such as electric vehicles and renewable energy storage.

The process begins by mixing the active materials, such as lithium iron phosphate for the cathode and graphite for the anode, with binders and solvents. This creates a slurry paste.

The prepared paste is precisely coated onto a metallic foil (usually aluminum for the cathode and copper for the anode) by a coating machine. The foil is then dried to remove the solvent.

The coated foils are then cut into sheets and stacked in an alternating cathode-separator-anode sequence. A separator film is placed between the layers to prevent short circuits. The stack is then placed inside a battery casing.
Finally, the individual cells are connected in series and parallel configurations to achieve the desired voltage and capacity. The module is then equipped with a battery management system (BMS) and enclosed in a protective housing.

We are dedicated to manufacturing high-performance Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery solutions that drive the electric revolution. We understand that the battery is the heartbeat of every Electric Vehicle, which is why we engineer power packs that prioritize safety, longevity, and efficiency.
